The Mission

The mission is to get as many people in as great shape as possible using methods that fit with your lifestyle demands and most importantly that they can maintain it for life.

I believe that anything is better than nothing. 1x 10 minute session per week or 10x gruelling sessions per week it's up to you and how we balance that is based on the individual and how much you want to or can do. Most people can fit something into their life to make them fitter.

Fitness does have a lot of upsides but being fitter won't fix all of your problems and thinking that makes people put too much of their lives into it either getting obsessed and making it their whole life or getting burnt out by the whole thing and quitting.

It's simple when you know what to do or if you have a coach. So get a coach and learn. All of that meaning fitness should just take the session time but shouldn't consume you and the diet stuff, well you eat anyway so adjusting that to a way that keeps you in shape is just free time wise

Muscle gain

Increase VO2 max

Increase cardiovascular fitness and can range from wanting to just not get puffed when going up some stairs to running a marathon.

Probably the most common goal. It's also a great goal to have as an entry into fitness. As the main focus is the diet it leaves the training component open to experiment with less pressure.

Weight loss

This could be increasing your flexibility enough to be able to touch your toes all the way to doing the full splits. This also includes increasing flexibility in tight areas for general wellbeing or range of motion for your training.

While it might seem self explanatory it is the most misunderstood goal. We all have a certain amount of muscle we can naturally attain and makes every other fitness goal easier.

Sometime we aren't even sure of our goal or the goal gets so blended in with noise from different places that we lose sight of what we really want. Below are some examples that cover most reasons why we exercise.

I focus on body composition i.e. gaining muscle and losing fat, strength & conditioning to improve performance, mobility & flexibility, aerobic fitness and just general fitness which is combines some or all of the above.

Improve mobility

General fitness/Longevity

Strength & conditioning

This is getting in better shape in a specific way to improve performance in sports or meet fitness standards for a certain job

Using the minimum viable dose of training. The aim is to build a combination of muscle mass, strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio fitness while keeping a healthy body composition.

You get a personalised training and meal plan which I will modify over time to suit your needs and as you discover what's right for you. After each workout I will give you feedback within 24 hours whether it's a cue for form or you don't like an exercise and want to change it up, I'll be there every day.

Life is hard and busy. You've got work, kids, hobbies and commitments.
